​Why it was best: It won Google Play’s Best Hidden Gem. Unlike the more corporate Calm or 

Headspace, Aware was praised for its minimalist design and community focused approach, making mindfulness feel less like a chore and more like a gentle habit.

2. ​V​Prêt-à-Makeup,

​The Details: A digital "face chart" app for iPad that allows makeup artists and enthusiasts to test looks on realistic 3D models.  

​Why it was best: It won iPad App of the Year because it perfectly utilized the Apple Pencil. It offers over 700 products (like lipsticks and eyeshadows) with hyper-realistic textures, allowing artists to plan looks without wasting physical products.

​Too Good To Go

​The Details: An app that connects customers to restaurants and bakeries that have unsold food at the end of the day, sold at a massive discount in "Surprise Bags."  

​Why it was best: It was a Cultural Impact Winner for Apple. It solved two problems at once: helping users save money during inflation and reducing global food waste.

4. ​AWorld in support of ActNow  

​The Details: The official app of the UN’s campaign on climate change, which helps you track your carbon footprint and suggests daily sustainable habits.

​Why it was best: It won Best App for Good on Google Play. It turned "saving the planet" into a series of achievable, trackable metrics, making a global problem feel manageable at an individual level.  

​5. Gaming & Entertainment

​Honkai: Star Rail  

​The Details: A turn-based space fantasy RPG from the makers of Genshin Impact.  

​Why it was best: It swept the awards, winning Best Game of the Year on both the App Store and Google Play. It was praised for its high-budget cinematic story, incredible music, and for making turn-based combat feel fast and modernoidpet Garden  

​The Details: A mental health tracker disguised as a pet collection game. Your  pets are based on different emotions (like anxiety or curiosity) and they grow as you complete self-care tasks.

​Why it was best: It won Best for Personal Growth on Google Play for turning the often-heavy topic of mental health into a lighthearted, gamified experience that encourages daily check-ins without the guilt
